Edited by Lydia Wilson, it contains essays by Hugh Dixon on Knockbreda church, James Stevens Curl on the Knockbreda mausolea, Nini Rogers on the merchants and gentlemen buried in the mausolea and Chris McCollum on their recent conservation. Essays by Brian Mackey look at the creation of Knockbreda church and Belvoir Park, while Finbar McCormick outlines the evolution of Irish burials and monuments and William Roulston traces the history of the people buried in Knockbreda graveyard.
