A lecture by Eoin Madigan on the conservation of the O’Brien Memorial Column, near Liscannor

For the first lecture of 2018 the Follies Trust invited Eoin Madigan, SPAB Scholar and stone mason, to outline the conservation of the O’Brien column, Liscannor, Co. Clare.

This amazing monument was carefully conserved just in the nick of time before Storm Opelia struck the west coast of Ireland.
